PATTERSON, JUDGE Appellant, Samuel C. Williams, was convicted on May 27, 1985, of the offense of selling cocaine, a controlled substance,
in violation of § 20-2-70, Code of Alabama 1975. 1 He was sentence to 15 years' imprisonment and fined $15,000.00.
