Reiter, individually, and as a partner of Lytal, Reiter, Clark, Sharpe, Roca, Fountain, and Williams, a partnership ("Lytal Reiter"). While the referenced order does not preclude a later filed separate action against Lytal Reiter, it does permanently dismiss them as third-party defendants in this action.
